Lead IT Systems Engineer
Full time position will assist the Director of IT with the overall technical direction, management and maintenance of all IT-provided services, systems and infrastructure. Own completion of project-related assignments and resolve senior-level break-fix issues. Lead fellow IT technicians and Help Desk staff by mentoring, serving as the 3rd level of support and escalation, and ensuring staff complete operational and protect-related tasks in a timely, efficient and quality manor. Experience required configuring, deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure such as end-user devices, networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless), servers, and critical business applications. Telephony and virtualization (Microsoft, VMware, Citrix) experienced preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, and a minimum of 5 years directly related experience in a technical role required. Healthcare-related experience preferred.
