Job Description

Full Time position responsible for ensuring that all insurance billing is done in an accurate and timely manner. Duties include but are not limited to: researching and resolving insurance claims and denials, applying payments, working aging accounts receivable, documenting on accounts that are being worked, and helping patients and their families with questions. Position requires excellent customer service skills, computer skills, demonstrated success in managing accounts, and the ability to work well with all staff.  One year prior office experience is required for this position.
