Administrative Assistant Extended Care

This position assists the management at Extended Care In organizing administrative and management operations by answering telephones, taking messages, greeting people, typing, keyboarding, managing meeting schedules, preparing newsletters, operating office equipment, writing business letters, sort and forward resident mail, entering resident data into computer, communicating changes in resident data to appropriate entities, preparing and distributing communication tools regarding resident information. Editing data and communicating changes, as necessary. Ordering supplies, keeping record of census, managing resident information, electronically or in paper form. Assist and cross train for billing or other business office functions and any other duties assigned by the Administrator.  Sidney Health Center offers competitive benefits including insurance and paid time off.
