The Position: Certified Nursing Assistant

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 72 hour

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborates closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in meeting psychosocial and physical needs.
  • Documents changes in patients’ conditions and report these observations to appropriate medical staff.
  • Must be able to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or equivalency
  • Completion of minimum 75-hour CNA training coarse
  • Possess excellent communication and listening skills.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Hold current CNA licensure or obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
  • Current CPR Certification

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our I CARE team in the Emergency Room setting. Essential duties of the position include collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in meeting psychosocial and physical needs, documenting changes in patients’ conditions and reporting these observations to appropriate medical staff and perform these duties in a fast-paced environment.
