Employee Engagement Recruitment Coordinator

Sidney Health Center is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter for an exciting new position in the Human Resources department. This position is primarily responsible for the management of day-to-day Human Resources recruitment and engagement.  Also responsible for personnel-related duties to include establishing various reports and documents to provide current personnel information, overseeing related communication to employees, collecting, and analyzing HR data and making appropriate recommendations to the HR Director.  Will assist HR Director with employee/personnel investigations, projects, and training.  Participates in relevant meetings, committees, and continuing education offerings.  Reports to the Human Resources Director. Requires a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar studies.  4 years' experience in a professional office environment preferred.  Sidney Health Center offers competitive benefits including insurance and paid time off.
