The Position: Assistant Administrator

Employment Status: Full-Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80

Essential Job Functions:

  • Carry out the administrative plans and policies for the Extended Care Facility and The Lodge under the direction of the facility Administrator
  • Promote the compliance and regulatory requirements through effective communication with residents, family members, staff, medical staff, volunteers etc.
  • Assist in monitoring, reviewing quality assurance reports and implements strategies to help address any various.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related healthcare field or appropriate education to meet state licensure requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year nursing home administrator experience or AIT completed.

Certifications and Licenses

  • Must have a current Montana Board of Nursing Home Administrator's license or obtain license within 6 months of employment

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our I CARE team in the Extended Care setting. Essential duties of the position include assisting to carry out the administrative plans and policies for the Extended Care Facility and The Lodge under the direction of the facility Administrator. Responsibilities include assisting the facility through leadership, financial and human resource management to achieve organizational & strategic goals and assist in managing day to day operations for the Extended Care & The Lodge.
