The Position: Human Resources Assistant

Employment Status: Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80

Essential Job Functions:

  • Customer Service
  • Maintains accurate and up to date files, records, and documentation.
  • Provides support to HR Department and Assists with various HR functions.
  • HR Reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of 12 months prior experience in a professional office environment, preferably in the HR field

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our ICARE team in the HR/Payroll setting. Essential duties of the position include responsibility for the daily administrative and HR duties, assists with editing and posting job vacancies, receives and filters job applicants, and coordinates orientation and onboarding for all new employees.
