Job Description

Full-time position available, should have knowledge of and experience with personal computer hardware and terminology, and a basic understanding of computer networking. Primary responsibility will be to install and maintain personal systems-related applications and devices (workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices), and to diagnose Level 1 & 2 end-user work orders. Must have a strong work ethic & aptitude, as well as great communication & customer service skills. Associates degree or one-year applicable experience required.
