IT Help Desk

This is an entry-level Full-time position with certain on-the-job training provided. Candidates should be proficient with computer applications such as the Internet, Microsoft Office, and email. Primary responsibilities include answering end-user calls, entering work-orders in a tracking program, providing minor phone-based troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to higher level department staff. Clerical duties will be required to assist with tracking, completing, and filing department paperwork or forms. A consistent level of customer service is necessary.
