The Position: Laboratory Services Director

Employment status: Full Time / Exempt Status

Hours per two-week pay period: 80

Essential Job Functions:

• Works in cooperation with the Laboratory Medical Director to provide essential Clinical Laboratory Services
• Assures the staffing and provision of safe and competent Laboratory Services
• In a fiscally responsible way, monitors equipment purchasing, maintenance and implementation of Laboratory Services

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of previous MLT experience in a Clinical Laboratory
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.

Education

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science

Certifications and Licenses

• Montana Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist or eligible

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Laboratory Services Director to join our I CARE team in the Clinical Laboratory setting. Essential duties of the position include working with the Laboratory Medical Director to provide essential services of a Clinical Laboratory. Join a team of dedicated staff to provide safe and competent Laboratory Services in a fiscally responsible way.
