Job Description

Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem positions available at the Assisted Living facility with the Food Service area. This position provides support to the Lodge Cook also assists with the setup, serving and delivery of meals and sanitize the kitchen area. Must be able to operate and clean all kitchen equipment and follow HACCP guidelines in regards to sanitation, is expected to clean and sanitize workstations, counter, steam tables and other equipment. Will also sweep and wash floors, wash and put away dishes, remove garbage and any other duties assigned by the Lodge Cook. Must follow all regulatory rules and procedures, this position is considered a Lodge universal worker and may assist in other areas that support the Lodge mission statement.
