We have an exciting Full-Time opportunity for someone who is looking to share their expertise and passion for cooking. Our Food Service Supervisor position for The Lodge oversees daily operations of the Food Service Staff and serves as the Lead Cook; guiding the supervision and training of all food service cooks and dietary aides.  As the Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and monitoring inventory levels.  The ideal candidate will need to have culinary and management experience.    Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.  Full benefit package is available.
