The Position: Patient Access Director
Employment status: Full time
Hours per two-week pay period: 80
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for overseeing staff, policy development, procedural system establishment, work queues, and guideline audits
- Guarantees the accurate and timely execution of departmental tasks, ensuring the prompt and efficient processing of patient services.
- Oversees patient registration, time of service collections, outstanding patient balances, check-in and check-out processes, insurance verification, eligibility checks, and encounter workflows related to ancillary services
Minimum Qualifications/ Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, patient access experience and at least five years of experience in management.
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Patient Access Director to join our I CARE team in the Patient Experience division. Essential duties of the position include responsibility for overseeing staff, developing policies and establishing guidelines for teams.
