Patient Financial Counselor
Full-Time position available to serve as a primary point of contact for the public for the Patient Accounts office. This position provides information to patients and their families regarding Sidney Health Center's payment requirements and financial assistance policies. This position is also responsible for reviewing accounts, processing patient payments, and maintaining good public relations. Position requires excellent people skills, computer skills, customer service experience, demonstrated success in managing accounts, and the ability to work well with all staff. This position requires 1 year of previous office experience.
