Job Description

This position is accountable for but not limited to answering, screening, and distributing phone calls from the hospital?s main switchboard. This also includes greeting and directing patients, guests and staff in person or over the telephone. Makes overhead announcements and coordinates with other departments. Requires computer skills, clerical and quick-thinking skills.   Position also requires admirable people and organizational skills and the ability to work well with all hospital departments. Reports directly to and any additional duties as assigned by Patient Registration, Supervisor. This position requires a High School Diploma and 2 years of previous work experience.
