Senior Executive Human Resources

Sidney Health Center in Sidney, MT is seeking a Senior Executive, Human Resources to join the Senior Leadership Team. This position is responsible for providing operational and strategic direction for the people management functions of a progressive health care organization. Cultivates strong working relationships with the management team, working collaboratively to positively impact the employee experience in line with the organization?s mission and values. Provides leadership to the Human Resources and Payroll Team; oversees the management of the support services departments (Engineering, Food Service, Environmental Services, and Safety). This full-time, exempt position is a part of the Senior Executive Team and reports to the CEO.

Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration or a related field, and three (3) years managerial experience in the HR or healthcare field. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent public relations, human relations and conflict resolution skills. Ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians and employees at all levels throughout the organization.

Master?s Degree and PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
