Senior Executive, Patient Experience

Sidney Health Center in Sidney, MT is seeking a Senior Executive, Patient Experience to join our leadership team who is passionate about the patient/family experience and committed to the care and continuous improvement of services provided. This role is responsible for ensuring that our mission, vision, values and standard of performance are coached, validated and demonstrated in the workplace ensuring accelerated and continuous improvement. In addition, this role is responsible for system-wide evidence based leadership programs, initiatives, training and interventions focused on ensuring that our patients? experience is consistent and exceptional. Provides direct feedback to the management team regarding implementation of process changes to achieve and sustain patient experience best practices. Assists directors and staff with communication and integration of improvement efforts; identifies resistance and barriers to change; addresses issues appropriately to facilitate and sustain improved patient outcomes. Provides leadership to the Performance Improvement department and oversees the management of the Food Service and Environmental Services departments. This position is a part of the Senior Executive Team and reports to the CEO. Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing or a related field, and three (3) years managerial experience in the healthcare field. Ability to successfully and positively interact with physicians and employees at all levels throughout the organization. Master's Degree and Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
