The Position: Ultrasound Technologist
Employment Status: Full-time
Hours per two-week pay-period: 72 hours
Shift: Day shift (7AM – 4:30PM, 4 days per week); on-call duties including Holiday call rotation
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform Ultrasound examinations independently and competently (General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Pediatrics, Procedures, MSK, etc.)
- Assist Interventional Radiologist with procedures as needed
- Accurate charting in the Epic EMR and Sectra PACS
- Keep certifications and continuing education up to date
- Good communication and patient care skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of a two-year Ultrasound Program
- 5+ years of Ultrasound experience preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
- ARDMS Certification in OB/GYN or Abdomen; RVT preferred in addition
- BLS CPR Certification

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our I CARE team in the Radiology/Imaging setting. Essential duties of the position include performing ultrasound examinations independently and competently, assisting the radiologist as needed, and accurate patient charting for efficient patient results.
