VNS/Hospice Office Manager  

Assists the VNS/Hospice Department and Director by fulfilling his/her responsibilities by efficiently managing the office. Office manager is to answer phones, organize meetings and take notes, prepare and organize Hospice/VNS client folders, track, clean and manage equipment on loan to clients, keep patient lists and on ?call calendar up to date, and assist with other day to day tasks to keep the office functioning efficiently. Applicant must also have a CNA license with Home Health Aide certification to assist with Hospice clients as needed. Manager is responsible for billing both VNS and Hospice clients, this requires keeping up to date with CMS and Hospice billing and compliance requirements. Maintains good interpersonal relationships with clients, families, and staff.

CNA-works under the supervision of charge nurse, RN or LPN. Performs tasks that do not require professional training and education. Perform other related duties as assigned and as needed. Administrative report is the Visiting Nurse and Hospice Director.  Sidney Health Center offers competitive benefits including insurance and paid time off.
