Sidney Health Center in Sidney, MT is a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital in search of a Clinic Director to join our team!

Full-time position as the Clinic Director is responsible for the supervision, directing, and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the clinic offices. This position assists with the planning, organizing, and directing of all clinic management activities to achieve established goals and objectives. This position is required to work closely with medical staff to ensure quality care and services are being delivered; patient experience expectations are met; and business practice needs are achieved. Responsible for the supervision of clinic support staff including RNs, LPNs, MAs and receptionists. Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing or other relevant field required. Candidates with ten or more years of healthcare management experience may also be considered. Three (3) years of healthcare management experience and/or a Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
