The Position: Licensed Physical Therapist

Employment Status: Full Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 70

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to evaluate and customize physical therapy care needs of patients pediatric through geriatric
• Organize, perform, and document patient care according to accepted Standards of Care

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Certifications and Licenses:

• Montana licensure as Physical Therapist or eligible

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our I CARE team in the Rehabilitation Department setting. Essential duties of the position include excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to evaluate and customize physical therapy care needs of patients pediatric through geriatric, organize, perform, and document patient care according to accepted Standards of Care.
